Alfred W. DeVece, age 92, of Riverton, NJ passed peacefully at his home on March 6, 2019.

Son of the late Alfonzso and Rosa (nee Licursi) DeVece; Fred was born in Riverside and was a lifelong resident of Riverton. He was a Veteran of the US Navy (Third Class Serviceman) serving on the cruiser USS Little Rock.

Fred was an Honorary Member of the Riverton Country Club for over 50yrs.

He self-employed as a cobbler and owner of Freddy's Shoe Service in Riverton for over 60yrs. Fred was very active in the Republican Party and Chairman in the District for over 40yrs.

Fred his survived by; his son Steven; his brothers Carmin and Bill; and by his sister Emma, as well as his nieces and nephews.
