Barbara A. Turner of Collingswood, NJ, formerly of Fort Myers, Fl and Cinnaminson, NJ passed away peacefully on September 9th, she was 94.

Barbara was born in Northampton, MA to the late Henry and Dorothy Fournier.  She attained her RN degree and worked in healthcare for many years, most recently at Cinnaminson Manor. After raising their children in Cinnaminson, she and Curt retired to FL enjoying swimming and the warm weather. She was on the Board of Directors of her homeowners' association.  Barbara was a skillful seamstress and knitter, making clothes for herself and family.  She also enjoyed working crossword and jigsaw puzzles daily and the company of her cat, Missy.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 63yrs, Curtis Turner, Sr. and sister Joan (Bud) Spiro.  She is survived by children, Curtis (Linda) Turner, Jr., Karen (Steven) Gilbert, grandchildren, Darren (Barbara) Turner, Rachel (Ben) Lafferty, Christopher (Maria) Gilbert, and brother, Eugene (the late Sharon) Fournier.

Services for Barbara will be held privately.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to United Methodist Communities of Collingswood or Samaritan Hospice, Mt. Laurel.
