Blanche E. Miller (nee Blahos) of Palmyra passed away peacefully on May 8 ^th , she was 103.

Blanche was born in Philadelphia, Pa and raised in Merchantville, NJ, graduating from Merchantville High School class of 1935.  She married the love of her life, Edward S. Miller, in the spring of 1940.  Together, they raised two sons, Edward Nicholas and William Glenn and were active in the Palmyra community.  She processed accounts receivable for her father's produce mercantile business, Shay & Blahos, and was employed as a Bank Teller for Cinnaminson Bank and Trust Company.  In retirement, she and Ed made the most of what life had to offer all while caring for family in both good times and bad.  Blanche was a longtime member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Palmyra and served on the Volunteer Auxiliary at Zurbrugg Memorial Hospital for 25 years.  Blanche loved to spend time with family and friends, knitting and smocking dresses, and cooking for her son Bill.

Blanche was preceded in death by her husband Edward, son Edward N. and sister, Grace B. McFeeley.  She is survived by her son, William, daughter-in-law, Sally, grandchildren, Debra (Stephen) Potucek, David E. Miller, Barbara Kelly, John A. Miller, great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn & Tyler Potucek, Will Kelly, Dean & Madeline Miller, nieces, Cathy (Ted) McFeeley Fox and Mary Beth McFeeley (Tom.)

A viewing for Blanche will be held on Thursday, May 20 ^th from 10:00am to 11:00am, with a funeral service at 11:00am, all at the Epworth United Methodist Church, 501 Morgan Ave., Palmyra, NJ 08065.  Interment will follow at Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill.
