Carol A. Riley of Riverton, formerly of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on March 1 ^st . She was 77.

Carol was a long-time resident of Riverview Estates and enjoyed mingling with all of the residents. She was always the first the welcome a newcomer to make them feel at home.  Carol was an active member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Palmyra and worked as a teacher's aide in Palmyra Schools for many years.  She loved anything and everything Irish. One of her fondest memories was traveling to Ireland and being able to kiss the Blarney Stone. She was often found rooting for her favorite Philadelphia sports teams and talking about her grandchildren.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Yhost; her beloved husband, Merrill; and her grandson, Justin.  She is survived by daughters, Debra L. (Joe) Snodgrass, Sharon A. (Michael Hagan), grandchildren, Kirstin, Kelsey, Summer, and Albie; nephew, Steven (Sue); sisters-in-law, Sue and Rita Riley; and many close friends.

A visitation for Carol will be held on Saturday, March 6 ^th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Weber Funeral Home, 112 Broad St., Riverton, NJ 08077.
