Carol Spence 80, passed peacefully at her home in Palmyra surrounded by her beloved family.

Carol was born in Philadelphia to the late Thomas and Sophie Bendig.  She married Neil in 1966 and started a beautiful family.  She was a dedicated member of Sacred Heart Church in Riverton; Carol enjoyed making countless memories with her husband, children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Additionally, she loved to travel and always looked forward to meeting her girlfriends for lunch.  Carol found joy in being surrounded by family and friends.

Carol is survived by her husband of 55 years Neil, children Cheryl (Daniel) Quinn, Neil (Lauren) Spence Jr., grandchildren Lauren, Nicholas, Shane and Jordyn, and a number of other loving relatives and close friends.

A visitation for both Neil and Carol will be held on Tuesday, June 28 ^th from 9:30am to 11:00am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am, all at Sacred Heart Church, 4 ^th & Linden Ave., Riverton, NJ 08077.  Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carol's name may be made to the Bread of Life Food Pantry at Epworth United Methodist Church, 501 Morgan Ave., Palmyra, NJ 08065.
