Celia J. Miller (nee Neely) of Pennsauken, passed away Monday July 27, 2026 at the age of 78 years. She is predeceased by her parents James and Cecilia Neely (nee Reitmeier) and her brother James (the late Eileen) Neely of Delair, NJ. She leaves behind her devoted husband Robert J. Miller; her loving daughters Dawn Dema (Frank) of Cinnaminson and Vicki Belsito (Carmen) of Cinnaminson. She also leaves behind her dear grandchildren Megan Fitzgerald (Brett), Frank Dema Jr. (Kristi), Cortney Dema, Matthew Valentine, Justin Sitzlow (Yvette), Anthony Belsito and Alex Karch and her dear great grandchildren Sophia, Gabriella, Julia, Frank III, Lilah and Richie.

Celia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed traveling to the shore and the outlets in Lancaster. She also loved cats and collected jewelry. She will be sadly missed.

Services for Celia will be private as per the families wishes. The family has asked as a remembrance of Celia to be kind to each other, love each other and spend time with their loved ones while they are with us.
