Obituary

Constance R. Meunier (nee' Hardy), age 81, of Riverton, NJ passed peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on January 12, 2024.

Connie was born and raised in Delanco, NJ to the late Dorothy and Norman Hardy. She graduated from Palmyra High School, Class of 1960, where she was active with the cheerleading squad and met her future husband, Gerald "Jerry" Meunier. Connie went on to graduate from Rider College, studying in the Medical Assistant program, going on to apply her skills working for several local doctors in Palmyra and Cinnaminson.

Connie and her husband Jerry married in 1963 and started their family in Riverton, where they raised their five children. After raising her family, she worked as a medical assistant for local doctors followed by several years as a nanny before becoming a grandmother (Nonnie).  Connie loved to go dancing with her friends, especially in her younger years, enjoyed shopping and dining out with her friends and family including her high school friends (the gals) and her neighborhood lunch group.

Connie was very resourceful and was known for sewing and making clothes for her children regularly, including their Halloween costumes every year. She liked to "Putter and Plop", where her puttering usually involved projects or fixing things around her home, then plopping down to rest and appreciate what she accomplished.

Constance was predeceased by her beloved husband of 45+ years, Jerry Meunier, in 2009, and by their beloved daughter, Dina M. Meunier, in 2020. Connie is survived by her loving children, Kelly Meunier of Riverton, Susie Bohnsack and her husband Terrill of Delran, Donna Meunier of Riverton, and Jerry Meunier of Maple Shade. She is also survived by her dear grandchildren, McKayla Bohnsack, Aidan Bohnsack, Emma Meunier and Alexandra Meunier, as well as many close friends.
