Dorothy J Schoener (nee Dixon) of Cherry Hill, formerly of Southampton and Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Jan 22nd., she was 87.

Dorothy was born in Riverside, NJ to Alan and Dorothy Dixon. She graduated Palmyra High School in 1954.    Dorothy married the love of her life, George Schoener, October 13, 1956 and they were happily married for 53 years.  Dorothy had many friends throughout her lifetime. She was a great listener and advice giver if it was needed. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, working on puzzles, and loved to decorate for Christmas. Her house growing up was a Christmas Wonderland!!  But most of all she loved to be with her 4 grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, George.  She is survived by loving children, Holly (Dean) Urian, Mark (Karen) Schoener, Steve Schoener, grandchildren, Brandon, Amanda, Weiss, Carlie, great-grandchild, Harlow, brothers, Al (Rosemarie) Dixon, Carl (Jude) Butterfoss and several nieces and nephews.

Services for Dorothy will be held privately.
