Elbert Joseph Cahill, Jr. ("Bert"), age 71 of Palmyra, NJ passed away peacefully on June 20, 2023.

Bert was born January 5, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Theresa Patricia Cahill (nee Dorety) and Elbert Joseph Cahill, Sr. He grew up in Riverton, NJ, along with his ten sisters and brothers, where he attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Palmyra High School.

Bert was the Founder and President of Four Quarters Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. He was an avid hunter, outdoorsman and fisherman who travelled throughout the United States, including New York, Florida, Virginia, Texas and Alaska, as well as Canada in pursuit of his passion. He enjoyed his "Lodge" at his home where he proudly displayed his numerous hunting trophy mounts and enjoyed spending time there with his friends and family. Bert was a big Philadelphia sports fan, especially for his Phillies and Eagles.

Bert is survived by; his beloved wife of 53-years, Christine A. Cahill (nee Heppard), his loving children, daughter, Christine A. Cox and her husband James Cox, and son, Elbert Joseph Cahill, III "Bertie" and his wife, Nicole. He is also survived by his dear grandchildren, Tyler Cox, Emily Cox, Brett Cahill and his wife Ally, and Chelsea Cahill, and by his great-granddaughter, Lily. Also surviving are his siblings, Karen M. Hoff, Anne M. Stanford (Larry), Timothy J. Cahill (Dorothy), Cecilia M. Still (Dave), Joseph T. Cahill, III, Peter J. Cahill. Dean P. Cahill (Maureen) and Patricia A. Small (Bruce), along with his many nieces, nephews and their families. In addition to his parents, Bert was predeceased by his sisters, Mary Theresa and Maureen.

Friends and family are invited to attend his viewing from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 and again from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 all at the Weber Funeral Home, 112 Broad Street, Riverton, NJ 08077, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Sacred Heart Church, 4th Street & Linden Avenue, Riverton, NJ. Entombment at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ will take place following the Mass.
