Ella Austin Kennedy, 97, passed away peacefully on October 12th, 2021 in Riverton. Born and raised in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late Barclay and Sarah (Madill) Austin. Ella graduated in 1941 from Wilbur Watts High School in Burlington.

Ella resided in Cinnaminson for over 65 years. She was married to the late Robert H. Kennedy, for more than 40 years. Together they raised their daughter Susan. Ella was a devoted wife and loving Mother. Ella is survived by her daughter, Susan J. Kennedy of Riverton, with whom she lived. Ella is also survived by her caring nephew Kenneth Selinger.

Ella was a member of Eastern Star for over 50 years and an Honorary Member of the Palmyra Independence Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Ella joined Epworth United Methodist Church over 55 years ago and was one of the oldest members in their congregation.

Services will be held at Epworth Church, 501 Morgan Avenue, Palmyra, on Friday, October 22. Visitation will be from 10-11am. A Memorial Service will follow shortly thereafter. Burial will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park at the conclusion of the service.
