Frank C. Skuder, age 96, longtime resident of Riverton, NJ, passed suddenly on December 15, 2025.
Frank grew up in Riverside, NJ where he learned the value of hard work at the family's grocery store. He was a graduate of Riverside High School and proud member of their football team. Frank went on to attend the University of Mississippi, Ole Miss, for a year before joining the U.S. Army where he was stationed in Germany, serving as a medic. After his military service, Frank returned to Ole Miss to complete his education earning a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Following college, he returned home and began his career. Frank worked for many years at Bethlehem Steel until joining All States Engineering where he worked on many projects until his retirement.
Frank loved to ski and scuba dive in his younger years. He also enjoyed fishing and camping throughout his life. He was devoted to his family and looked forward to their annual vacations to Sea Isle City. He enjoyed taking care of the family home and tending to his large garden. Frank enjoyed being out in nature taking regular walks on the trails at the Palmyra Nature Cove and Amico Island Park. Always the engineer, he was known for "supervising" construction projects around the neighborhood and at his daughters' homes.
