James L. Coslove, age 82, of Southampton, NJ, formerly of Delran, NJ, passed on December 29, 2024.

Jim was born to Peggy and Harry Coslove in Queens, NY, which is where he grew up. He and his wife Arlene (nee Scherer) moved to the Tenby Chase section of Delran, NJ in 1974 to raise their family. Jim was active in the community and volunteered for the Delran Emergency Squad for many years.

Jim was a skilled machinist who worked for Inductotherm Corp. for a total of 32 years, retiring in 1999. He also worked for several years at the Philadelphia Naval Yard building Navy Ships. Following his retirement, Jim spent the past 17 years working part-time for Manheim Auto Auctions in Bordentown, NJ.

Jim was a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast and was active for many years with the Burlington County Road Riders, where he was also a Board Member. Jim and Arlene were also avid campers, travelling with their pop-up, then RV trailer and their motorhome, all over the United States. Their favorite place to visit was Apache Junction, Arizona. He was also avid reader, especially of the local newspaper. Jim frequently wrote letters to the Editors and was always proud when one of his letters was published.

Jim was predeceased by his beloved wife of 53 years, Arlene Coslove, in 2019. He is survived by their loving sons, Kevin Coslove and his wife Patricia, Chris Coslove, and Bryan Coslove and his wife Monica. Also surviving are his dear grandchildren, Megan, Ryan, Zachary, Shane and Connor, as well as his beloved dog, Abby, who was his constant companion.
