John Gohmert, age 73, a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away suddenly on August 28, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine, and his grandson Mark Stevens, Jr. He is survived by Elizabeth and Mark Stevens, Susan and Robert Stevens, Lisa and Carlos Roche along with his great grand Children, Alexia and Aviana. He is also survived by his sisters, Peggy, Judy and Joanne. Many nieces and nephews as well as close friends.

He was a retired Fire Fighter serving at at Station 11-5 for nearly 30 years where he climbed the ladder all the way up to Deputy Chief. He was a Veteran and a long -time member and bar chairman of the Amvets Post 101. He will be sadly missed by everyone.

​Viewing for John will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, with funeral services to follow at 11:00 AM, all at the Weber Funeral Home, 112 Broad Street (River Road) Riverton, NJ 08077.
