Obituary

You make your own fun in life.  Laughter was Kathryn's go-to.  She loved to travel, be it cruises to Alaska or a car ride on the spur of the moment.  Her absolute joy was being GG; her great-grandchildren were everything.  She had a deep and abiding faith in and love for Christ, serving as a Sunday School Teacher and church organist, and boy could she make that keyboard sing.

Kathryn was predeceased by her husband Willard MacKnight, husband Thomas Carlin and son David MacKnight.

She is survived by her daughter, June (Gary) Dorworth, granddaughters, Jennifer (David) O'Neil, Janice (Tory) Gibilisco, Jenna (Clint) Niland, grandson Ryan (Jenna) MacKnight and 8 great-grandchildren.

We give thanks to all those who have helped along the way: friends, family, the staff at the Masonic Village of Burlington, Vitas Hospice and others.

Services will be at the Masonic Village of Burlington on Friday, Feb. 14th, visitation from 11am to 12pm with a funeral service at 12pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Masonic Charity Foundation.
