Linda Eileen Wilson, age 71 of Delanco, NJ went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 20, 2026.

She was born July 31, 1954, daughter of the late, Leonard Burkhardt and Eileen Burkhardt Miller (nee Walker).

Linda worked several years with the Palmyra Police Department as a police clerk.  She enjoyed working at the department, and was dedicated to years of serving her community. Linda's greatest passion was her love for animals.  She would come to the rescue of any animal in need.  In addition to donations to animal shelters, volunteer work, she found homes for abandoned animals.  She herself was a devoted dog and cat owner.  She found immense joy and comfort in the companionship of her beloved dog, Alley, and cat, Cody.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond Powell, Robert Burkhardt, and sisters, Jacqueline Burkhardt and Eileen Miller.

Linda is survived by her husband, Gary Wilson.  She is also survived by her five sisters:  Donna Kennedy, Debbie Coyle, Marie Zagunis, Carol Pelouze, Elaine Miller and brother, Leonard Burkhardt.

A visitation for Linda will be held on Saturday, March 14th from 10:00-11:00 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Church, 4th and Linden Ave., Riverton, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter, or the ASPCA in memory of Linda's love for animals.
