Margaret "Peggy" Lawlor Kelly, a 40+yr resident of Riverton, NJ, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on August 17th, she was 83.

Peggy was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Joseph and Anna (nee Branka) Lawlor.  She earned her master's degree and enjoyed a 25+yr career as a teacher at St. Joan of Arc Elementary School and Stoddart Fleisher Middle School, both in Philadelphia.

Peggy was a long-time active parishioner at Sacred Heart Church in Riverton and had a strong love for animals.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, John Kelly, brother Joseph (Agnes) Lawlor, and sister, Judith (John) Keesler.  She is survived by her sisters, Anne Marie (Harry) Dougherty, Mary (John) Schlembach, Kathleen (John) Gallagher, stepchildren, Eileen (Joseph) DellaPenna, Paul Kelly, nephews, Kristen (Kate) Schlembach, Micheal Schlembach, Martin (Jen) Schlembach, John (Shawna) Keesler, Gabriel Gallagher, and Patrick (Meghan) Gallagher.

A viewing for Peggy will be held on Saturday, August 23rd from 9:30am to 10:45am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am, all at Sacred Heart Church, 4th and Linden Ave., Riverton, NJ 08077.  Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Peggy's name may be made to Sacred Heart Church, 108 4th St., Riverton, NJ 08077.
