Mary Jane Leach of Palmyra passed away peacefully on Jan 24 ^th , she was 78.

Mary Jane was born in Norristown, PA to the late, Michael and Mary Nally. Immediately after high school she attended a trade school to become a beautician, which she worked at for 7 years along with being a factory worker for Proctor Silex. She became a stay-at-home mom until her daughter was school age. Mary Jane was a long-time parishioner at Sacred Heart Church in Riverton. She spent 18yrs working as a cook at Riverview Estates where she touched the lives of many residents, co-workers, and friends. She was a joy and light to the people around her.

She would tell you that her greatest joys in life were raising her daughter and spending time with her grandchildren. She was there for every school activity, performance, graduation, and special event that her daughter had, including two of the births of her grandchildren. She was an amazing wife, mother, and "Nana" and will be greatly missed.

Mary Jane was preceded in death by her father and mother, sister, Margaret "Peggy" McLaughlin, and brothers, Frank "Reds" and Joseph Nally.

Mary Jane is survived by her husband, Gerald J. Leach, daughter, Michelle (Robbie) Hahn, grandchildren, Saelac, Tamaron and Corinthia Hahn, and her godson, Michael (Alice) McLaughlin.

A visitation for Mary Jane will be held on Friday, Feb. 10 ^th from 9:45-10:45am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am, all at Sacred Heart Church, 4 ^th and Linden Ave., Riverton, NJ 08077. A family gathering will follow directly after the mass.  Interment will be held privately.
