Mary Teresa Pepper, age 99, of West Chester, PA, formerly of Palmyra, NJ, passed peacefully on December 10, 2024.

Mary Teresa was born in 1925 to Rita V. and Harry J. Kleman in Centralia, PA and grew up in Ashland, PA. Mary and her husband Frank Pepper moved to Palmyra, NJ in 1966 to raise their family.  She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Church in Riverton, NJ where she was very involved for many years.

Mary Teresa was a proud graduate of West Chester University where she earned her teaching credentials. In addition to being a teacher, she worked for many years as an administrative assistant for Conwed Corp. in Delanco, NJ.

In their retirement, Mary and Frank moved to Leisuretown in Southampton, NJ and she later lived in Lawrenceville, NJ before moving to West Chester, PA several years ago. Mary Teresa enjoyed spending time with her friends, playing different card games and bingo. Most of all she loved being with her family.

Mary Teresa was predeceased by her parents, Rita V. (nee Johnson) and Harry J. Kleman, her brother, James Kleman, her dear aunt and friend, Eleanor Tilmont, and by her beloved husband Frank X. Pepper. She is survived by her loving children, Francis Patrick Pepper and his wife Cindy, and Marita Pepper and her wife Debbie Bolla, as well as by her dear grandchildren, Jordyn Pepper and Michael Pepper. Also surviving are her sister-in-law, Mary Louise Kleman, along with her nephews and their families.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and to attend her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM, all at the Weber Funeral Home, 112 Broad Street, Riverton, NJ 08077. Inurnment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, Mausoleum of the Apostles, Cinnaminson, NJ.
