Neil T. Spence 83, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on June 20 ^th .

Neil was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late John & Anna May Spence.

Neil was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carol (nee Bendig.) wife of 55 years.  He is survived by his children, Cheryl (Daniel) Quinn, Neil (Lauren) Spence, Jr.; grandchildren, Lauren, Nicholas, Shane and Jordyn; a number of other loving relatives and close friends.

He served proudly in the US Army and went on to work at AAA Freight, then retired from ABF Freight System. Neil was a proud member of Teamsters Local 470, he was a dedicated member of Sacred Heart Church and was an avid Phillies Phan.

A visitation for both Neil and Carol will be held on Tuesday, June 28 ^th from 9:30am to 11:00am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am, all at Sacred Heart Church, 4 ^th & Linden Ave., Riverton, NJ 08077.  Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Neil's name may be made to the Bread of Life Food Pantry at Epworth United Methodist Church, 501 Morgan Ave., Palmyra, NJ 08065.
