J. Patricia Gertie (nee Dooling), of Cinnaminson, NJ passed peacefully surrounded by her family on July 30, 2023 at her home. She was 92.

Pat and her late husband, Vendelinus Gertie, were longtime residents of Cinnaminson where they raised their eight children. Pat was a very active member of Sacred Heart Church in Riverton where over the years she served as a Religious Education Teacher, an Extraordinary Minister, volunteer for the Annual Bazaar and with the RCIA program. She was also active with Catholic Charities, especially supporting their Food Bank, and with 1st Way. Pat was an election poll volunteer, working every election for many years, and was also a longtime member at Riverton County Club. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will remember her as a great baker, for her love of sewing and for all of the crocheted hats and mittens every Christmas!

Pat was predeceased by her beloved husband, Vendelinus L. Gertie (2009), her dear granddaughter, Jennifer White, her sisters, Donnie, Bea and Gerry, and by her brother, Jack. She is survived by her children & their spouses; Jim & Pam Gertie, Linda Lamb, Janet & Brian McClafferty, Ken & Lisa Gertie, Terese Fuchs, Donna & Alex Boudreau, Diane & Dave White and Susan & Matthew Zontine. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Grace & Alexis Gertie, Lauren & Steven Lamb, Morgan, Sara & Shannon McClafferty, Emily, Eric, Megan & Rebecca Gertie, Melissa, Victoria, Amandus & Tyler Fuchs, Bailey, Erin & Cameron Boudreau, Thomas & Kelli White, and Hannah, Jakob, Catherine, Graham & Eliot Zontine. Additionally, she is survived by her 10 Great-Grandchildren and her sister, Jill Hoffman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Weber Funeral Home, 112 Broad Street, Riverton, NJ 08077 followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 4th Street & Linden Avenue, Riverton, NJ 08077. Entombment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
