Paul J. Locke of Palmyra, NJ, formerly of Birmingham, AL, passed away peacefully on Jan. 21 ^st , he was 83.

Paul served proudly in the U.S. Navy for 20 years before retiring.  He was an active, life member and past president of American Legion Post 135 in Phoenix City, AL as well as past state commander of Alabama and past sergeant at arms of the American Legion National Convention.  Paul was also a life member of Vietnam Vets, Chapter 416 in Gardendale, AL and past life member and director of units at Zamona Shrine in Irondale, AL.

Paul is survived by his brother, Tom Locke of Palmyra, sisters, Bernadette Davis of Plattsburg, NY, Mary (Clancy) O'Connor of Fredrick, OK.  Paul is the uncle of, Tom (Jen) Locke of Delran, Corinna (Joe) Bohley of Palmyra, Scott (Allie) Locke of Riverside, Bill (Donna) O'Connor of Frederick, OK, Manuela Davis of Port Orchard, WA, Rick (Chris) of Spokane, WA, Ryan (Mary) of Plattsburg, NY, Pam Boddison of Ellentown, FL and Mike Leonard of FL.

Interment for Paul will be held privately at Greenwood Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ
