Rahsaan Allen, 45 years old, passed away on December 22nd, 2018. He was born in California on November 16th 1973, and attended Moorestown H.S. where he graduated in 1993. He most recently lived in Philadelphia with his daughter Robyn Spencer and lifelong companion Margie Brown. In addition to them, he is survived by; his mother, Magaretta; father, Eugene; brothers, David and Darien Allen; and many other extended family and dear friends.
