Rose Chan Lee, age 83, of Cinnaminson, NJ passed peacefully with her family by her side on December 26, 2023 in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Rose was born December 13, 1940 to the late Eng King Chan and Henry Leong Chan in Brooklyn, NY. She grew up in Brooklyn where she attended Bay Ridge High School and was the Valedictorian of her graduating class in 1958, going on to attend Pace University where she earned her bachelor's degree in accounting and was the Salutatorian of the graduating Class of 1962.

Following college, Rose met and married her husband, Marshall K. Lee, and worked for several years for the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse before starting her family. Rose and Marshall moved to Drexel Hill, PA and then settled in Cinnaminson, NJ in 1971 to raise their family. She went on to work in retail spending many years at the John Wannamaker store in Moorestown, NJ. Following the closure of Wannamaker's, Rose and her many friends from work stayed in touch and continued to have regular lunches together. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, enjoyed her trips to the casinos with her family and friends, going out for lunch or dinners, fine dining, and was a connoisseur of pastries and sweets.

In addition to her parents, Rose was predeceased by her beloved husband, Marshall K. Lee, in 1993. She is survived by her loving children, Rhonda Cates and her husband Tom Clifford, Douglas Lee and his wife Kara Lee, and Evan Lee and his wife Kim Lee. Rose is also survived by her dear grandchildren, Andrew Cates, Lauren Cates, Brayden Lee, Jackson Lee and Landon Lee, as well as her sister-in-law Mei Yick Tam, along with her many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weber Funeral Home, 112 Broad Street, Riverton, NJ 08077 and again on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church, 101 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057, followed by her funeral service at 11:00 AM at First Presbyterian Church. Interment will be held privately on Monday, January 8, 2024 at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
