Tracey F. Jamerson (nee Field), age 60, of Palmyra, NJ passed on September 27, 2023 at University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
Tracey was born in Newport News, VA to Barbara J. and Robert W. Field, Sr. and grew up in Palmyra, NJ, where she lived most of her life. She was a 1980 graduate of Palmyra High School and went on to earn her Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Following college, she began her career specializing in Computer Aided Design (CAD) working for many years with the firms of Horner & Canter Associates and Arora and Associates, P.C. Tracey was the lead CAD Technician for many civil projects including the NJ Turnpike Expansion.
As a young girl, Tracey was a member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls where she was a past Worthy Advisor, past Grand Officer and recipient of the Grand Cross. Tracey went on to be very active with the Beverly-Maqueda Chapter #276 Order of Eastern Star where she was Worthy Matron three times. Tracey was honored to serve the Grand Chapter of O.E.S. as Grand Adah 2005-2006, Grand Representative to Oklahoma 2007-2008, District Grand Deputy #38 2009-2010 and Grand Marshall 2012-2013 for the Order of Eastern Star of New Jersey. Tracey also held various other titles while serving the Order for the past 42 years. She cherished her lifelong friendships made through her involvement with both Rainbow for Girls and Order of the Eastern Star.
Predeceased by her parents, Barbara J. (nee Smith) and Robert W. Field, Sr., Tracey is survived by her beloved husband of 20+ years, and lifelong friend since the age of 10, Les Lee R. Jamerson. She is also survived by her brother, Robert W. Field, Jr. and his wife Marcy, her brother-in-law, Larry Jamerson and his wife Beth, her nephews, Steven Field and his wife Krystianne, Michael Field and his wife Devin, and by her niece, Sarah Jamerson, along with many close friends.
A service celebrating Tracey will be held on October 28, 2023 at Beverly-Riverside Masonic Lodge #107, 621 Chester Avenue, Riverside, NJ 08075 where friends may gather from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, with an Eastern Star Service at 2:00 PM.
